To promote improvement of public health.

  To impart Medical & health education and training among doctors, paramedical staff (Nurses, Compounder, laboratory technicians, ward boys etc.)

 To build, construct, repair, improve, enlarge modify and acquire, maintain the buildings, premises, play grounds, hostels, laboratories, research centres, libraries, study centres and to provide and equip the same with furniture, fittings, instruments, equipments, appliances and other necessities with a view to provide meaningful medical education among doctors.

  To co-ordinate government & NGOs to help implement various national & other health

  To establish medical research centre for the benefit of community at large and welfare & rehabilitation of handicapped & welfare of medical practitioners in the territory.

  To inculcate and spread awareness about the need of true and meaningful medical education to people at all levels by starting, maintaining, conducting periodicals, newspapers and by Publishing books/booklets/charts/ etc. regarding health education/medical education etc. organising meetings, conventions, seminars etc.

  To associate with bodies with same or similar objects with local or state or national level in furtherance of the object of the trust.

  To help any trust, society or school or institution having objects wholly or in part similar to those of the trust in furthering activities for imparting medical awareness to people.

  Strengthening of rural Health issues by way of Health Awareness and Health Education for the local community.

  To do the efforts to upgrade the quality and standard of the medical services, particularly in the Rural and Tribal area of India by giving training to the members of medical and para-medical profession in these areas.

  To meet the costs or expenses of medical treatment required to be given to any deserving poor patient who cannot bear the same of his own.

  To help any persons affected by calamity such as earth quake, fire, floods, accidents, etc.

  To give donations to any educational or medical or other charitable institutions or Trust.

  To carry on other such medical educational or charitable activities as the Trustees may think fit.
